I've uploaded a new show to the LMA:

http://www.archive.org/details/bfft1998-05-10.cm300s

Unfortunately, I made a mistake when uploading. This show was not in 1998, it was in 1999. I've tried editing several files and have corrected most of it, but a lot of the information, including the link to the show, still is listed as 1998. Please advise.

I actually see that all the files are still 1998. I can change the URL to reflect 1999, and I can change the show date to the correct one, but the file name changes will have to be manual on your end. I'd suggest:

1) Change the fileset to no derivatives, temporarily.
2) Rederive the show through edit item > change the information > item manager > derive. This will trash the derivatives.
3) Change the file names via edit item > change the files > right-click/rename.
4) Change back to allow derivatives. This will kick off a new derive process and recreate the mp3/ogg/flash player with the correct date.

Agh! Well first of all, I linked to the wrong show. Sorry about that :( The show in question is here:

http://www.archive.org/details/bfft1998-05-30.unknown

I've managed to change most of the file names. I followed your instructions. The only issue now is that I cannot rename the xml files which are still marked as 1998, and that all the fields on the item manager screen are marked as 1998 (and that includes the link to the show).

That's correct - xml files are system-editable only, not user-editable. Otherwise, Bad Things (tm) would happen.

I've moved the show over to 1999 and queued up a re-derive so we should be good to go now!
